Know exactly what is possible

Before you fall in love with a design, you need to know what your budget allows. You will sit down with our finance partner, a Perth-based construction finance specialists, and get a clear picture of your borrowing capacity.

Once your building budget is confirmed, we help you choose the right home design, and match it to available land in your preferred part of Perth. Not sure which area yet? REIWA’s suburb profiles are a good starting point before your Home Ready Studio session.

This is where Select First becomes unlike anything else you will experience with a builder in WA.

You are welcomed by your Concierge and brought into a private, unhurried environment, designed to help you leave the outside world behind and focus entirely on your home.

The session is guided from start to finish.

You choose your design, your facade, your finishes, your inclusions, with every decision reflected in your price, on screen, in real time. If something takes you over budget, you see it immediately. Nothing is hidden. Nothing is revealed later.

By the end of the session, you have a complete specification with a full visual summary of exactly what you have chosen, a fixed price, and a contract ready to sign if you choose to.

Build & handover

Your home takes shape

With your price confirmed and contracts signed, your Concierge guides you through every stage of construction. From plate height through to roof cover, lockup and towards practical completion, every milestone is communicated clearly before you have to ask. Every question answered by someone who knows your build personally.

Select First backs its build times with formal contractual guarantees for both single and double storey homes. Ask us about eligibility when you book your session.

Your Concierge stays your point of contact right through to handover. They keep you in the loop while our Construction team works through the practical completion inspection, so you know exactly where things stand before you receive the keys.
